About Alpha Rod

Alpha Rod is a family-run business providing total drainage solutions across Bristol, Swindon, Bath and the surrounding areas, with over 20 years of experience serving both domestic and commercial customers. Our services cover the full range of drainage needs, from unblocking and rat/odour investigations to full site CCTV surveys, installations and repairs. We also offer soakaways, sewage treatment, drain relining, root cutting, septic tanks and treatment plants, and excavation replacement. Our team is available 24/7, including out-of-hours emergency call-outs, and we back our work with a 28-day unblock guarantee and transparent, no-hidden-cost pricing. For commercial clients, we deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes for industrial, office and residential buildings, helping businesses such as Dyson, Cross Manufacturing, Patheon Pharmaceuticals and Ball Aerocan keep operations running smoothly and avoid costly downtime. Our diary management software tracks maintenance schedules and flags upcoming tasks, allowing us to arrange work at times that suit each client's operations. We also provide commercial confined space services, drain surveys and sonar tracing, commercial lining, and tankering and pump station services. As a SafeContractor approved company, a proud member of the National Association of Drainage Contractors, and Trading Standards approved, we combine the personal care of a local family business with highly skilled engineers dedicated to going the extra mile on every job.
