About Apex Bakery
Apex Bakery was started back in 1924 by Mr. Albert Hoffmann. Just two years later, a 12-year-old boy named Keith Fechner popped his head in one day and asked if there was any work available. He started working right then and there. Years went by, and when Keith was 33, the chance to buy the bakery came up. Scraping together money from everywhere he could, Keith—who became known as "Chiney"—managed to take ownership of the bakery.
