It all began in 2014 when Julien shared his bakery project with Seth, seeking advice on the restoration process. After several meetings, they discovered they shared a similar vision for the future of bakeries in Quebec. They realized that by combining their expertise, they could make a real difference in the local bakery scene. They believe a Quebec bakery should work closely with as many local farmers, growers, and traders as possible for many good reasons. To do this effectively, they focus on creating products that change with the seasons.
