Bakery Nakamura, founded in 1993, is Toronto’s first Japanese bakery. Nestled in the J-Town complex in Markham, we’re passionate about creating wholesome baked goods using fresh, natural ingredients. Every item is made from scratch daily, without any preservatives or additives. You can even see us baking right in our open kitchen, where everything goes straight from oven to display. We take pride in our commitment to freshness and quality, making sure every product meets the high standards our customers expect and trust.
