Jonathan Japha brings nearly 20 years of cooking experience from restaurants in both the UK and South Africa. Locally, he’s best known for his work at Fork. He’s had the chance to work alongside Ross Lewis at the Michelin-starred Chapter One in Dublin and Jeremy Lee at The Blueprint Café in London. But it’s his passion for UK gastropubs that really shaped his approach—focusing on honest, straightforward dishes made with the finest local ingredients.
