Cap and Kudler was founded in 2004 by Allen A. Cap and Donald C. Kudler, two seasoned Las Vegas attorneys who previously spent many years at the firm of Albert D. Massi, handling personal injury, civil litigation, and business transactions. Allen Cap brings nearly 30 years of experience representing injured clients, with a special focus on medical malpractice and product liability cases. Before becoming a lawyer, Allen was an athlete and competitive bodybuilder and earned a Master’s degree in the Scientific Basis of Physical Education. He was initially on track to become a chiropractor but chose to pursue law instead. His background as a health and physical education teacher and gymnastics coach gives him a unique insight into how injuries impact his clients’ recovery and everyday lives after serious accidents. Donald Kudler has been practicing law for almost 20 years, covering a wide range of areas including personal injury, medical and legal malpractice, estate planning, employment, and contract law. Alongside his law degree, Donald holds an MBA and brings extensive business and consulting experience, which helps him understand and address the specific needs of the firm's business clients.
