Welcome to Chefs Warehouse and Canteen! Whether you’re a professional chef, a passionate home cook, a foodie, or a wine lover, you’ll find something here to inspire you. Back in 2014, after four great years at our previous spot, we moved to 92 Bree Street. With this move, we said goodbye to the Cookery School and welcomed the Canteen instead. Our Tapas for Two set menu has been a huge hit, and since the dishes change daily, there’s always something new and delicious to try. Because of our relaxed, canteen-style setup, we don’t take reservations. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot. If we’re full when you get here, don’t worry—we’ll put you on the waitlist and do our best to seat you before the kitchen closes. While you wait, feel free to grab a drink at our bar called “no reservations,” which brings a cozy, laid-back vibe to what used to be our street food area. We’re always bringing in exciting new products and books, so be sure to check back often. And if there’s something specific you’re hunting for but can’t find, just give us a call—we might be able to track it down for you. We can’t wait to welcome you!
