Chiropractic First was founded with a simple but powerful belief that pain is not a lifestyle. Since opening our doors in South Burlington in 2001, our clinic has focused on helping patients understand why they are in pain and how to correct it rather than simply managing symptoms. Every spine is unique, which means every care plan must be individualized to support long term improvement. We proudly serve South Burlington, Burlington, Williston, Winooski, Essex, Essex Junction, Milton, Shelburne, Charlotte, Hinesburg, Saint Albans, and surrounding Vermont communities. Many of our patients come to us after trying other forms of care without lasting relief and are looking for clear answers and a thoughtful approach.
