About Cosmo Music
Cosmo Guitars started back in 1966 when Tom Hebert, fresh out of the Air Force and passionate about music, began importing guitars from Italy and Japan. Having played in bands during his service, Tom was eager to turn his love for the guitar into a business. Over the years, the entire Cosmo team shared a vision: to create the most exciting and interactive music-making environment possible. That dream came to life in the spring of 2008 when Cosmo Music combined its two locations into one huge, state-of-the-art store. On May 22, 2008, Cosmo Music – The Musical Instrument Superstore opened its doors. Since then, it’s been recognized as one of the largest and finest music stores in the world, offering sales, service, rentals, and lessons for all kinds of instruments, all under one roof.
