Very disappointing experience. The staff came across as rude and unhelpful, and several of our questions were ignored. There were multiple student practitioners, which made communication difficult and slowed everything down. Overall, the service was extremely slow. One receptionist seemed overwhelmed while other staff members stood nearby chatting. When we asked to discuss finances privately, the dentist abruptly told us to leave the room, which felt quite disrespectful. They also enforce a very strict 10-minute late policy and may cancel your appointment if you are even slightly late, yet we were kept waiting for a long time ourselves.
