With over 20 years of experience and having worked as a Chef De Partie at prestigious five-star hotels like Marriott and Hyatt, he brings a deep expertise in Indian, Mughlai, South Indian, and Punjabi cuisines. His extensive knowledge ensures that every dish is packed with authentic flavors you’ll love. After spending around eight years cooking in Perth’s metro area, he’s now excited to bring his passion and skills to Butler with his very own restaurant.
