About First Midwest Group

First Midwest Group was founded in 1984 by Sunil Puri and has since been active in real estate development, redevelopment, and property management across the Midwest and internationally. At the heart of what we do is a strong commitment to quality construction and thoughtful design, whether in our office parks, shopping centers, hospitality properties, or industrial buildings. We have a deep expertise in choosing the right sites in the markets we serve, and we take pride in building lasting relationships with both our clients and the communities. This dedication means we consistently offer some of the most visible, attractive, and well-maintained properties in the region. Under Mr. Puri’s leadership, we’ve steadily expanded both our portfolio and our areas of expertise. Building on our real estate foundation, we’ve also ventured into operating businesses such as fuel and convenience stores, hotels, restaurants, and family entertainment parks. This diverse range of ventures highlights the broad knowledge and resources we bring to the table to better serve our clients.
