Folly Brewpub is all about teamwork and community. Michelle and Luis, the owners, keep things running smoothly—Michelle manages the bar while Luis oversees the kitchen. Meanwhile, brewers Chris and Christina craft the beers you love. Together, we’ve created a welcoming spot where you can relax and enjoy great food, beer, whiskey, and good company. Our friendly servers and skilled kitchen staff, along with partnerships with local producers and collaborations with fellow brewers, help us offer everything you’d want from a neighborhood brewpub.
