Gusto (pronounced "goo-sto") means "tasty" in Italian, and since we opened in 2012, Gusto 101 has been putting a fresh spin on Southern Italian classics. Much like Trattoria Nervosa in Yorkville, Janet Zuccarini brings her passion for creating unforgettable dishes together with a vision for delivering soulful, memorable dining experiences. We care just as much about our food and drinks as we do about the atmosphere and design. Housed in a converted garage right in downtown Toronto, our restaurant has become a beloved local spot. Whether you’re in the mood for the cozy flavors from our wood-fired grill or want to unwind with a glass of wine on our rooftop patio, we aim to blend everyday comfort with something truly special.
