Dylan has been great for me over the years and I won't go to anyone else. He's installed my bathroom, done routine maintenance for me and helped me out when I've had problems and need something urgent. All his work is brilliant and he always leaves the place spotless. I'd 100% recommend him!

Excellent service from Dylan. He came out quickly when I had received a poor service and also needed new parts for my boiler. He explained everything and was so accommodating due to my work commitments when having to make a return visit for an additional part. I would highly recommend Dylan and Heato Ltd.

Dylan has been servicing my boiler for over 5 years now. He is very reliable and does an excellent job. He also made access to my boiler controls easier as it was placed in a rather inaccessible place in the loft. A great improvement. It is always a pleasure to see Dylan and his apprentice Finlay. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any boiler/plumbing jobs.

The initial quote was received quickly and at a great price. Dylan promptly scheduled us in and stuck to the timescales provided whilst completing the work to the highest…
