About Horizons Restaurant
Horizons opened its doors in 1986, taking over the spot once home to the beloved casual eatery, The Owl and the Oarsman, famous for its hearty steak and lobster dishes. The only downside back then was that the stunning view couldn’t be enjoyed inside, since the building had no windows. So, when plans were made to transform the space into Horizons, the idea was straightforward: build a restaurant where the food and atmosphere matched the breathtaking scenery outside.
