Laurence was recommended to us by my parents and he was brilliant, so friendly and got the job squeezed in before Christmas which was such a bonus! Thank you so much, will definitely use again for any future jobs and would 100% recommend.

Fabulous work from HVF Heating and Plumbing Had an old combi boiler replaced with a new Worcester boiler. Everything, from Initial contact, receiving quotes, and explaining the work, to Carrying out the work, and tidying up, was really good Highly recommend this company

Laurence was amazing. He responded to my request on Checkatrade within 24 hours (during a weekend) and fixed my oil tank leak the following weekend. His communication was brilliant, turned up on time as promised and did exactly what he intended to do. Couldn't be happier with his work!!

We had an issue with our boiler and contacted HVF about it on their website. Communication was easy and responses were prompt leading to an appointment in a few days. Laurence arrived on time, identified the issue within minutes and then fitted a new part before continuing with a boiler service afterwards. A very efficient service by a genuinely nice guy, I have no reservations in recommending this company.

Laurence has just completed a Gas Service and a Landlords Gas Safety check for us , and yet again he has been brilliant . He is reliable, friendly , a great communicator and a diligent tradesman , who has very high standards. After he had completed the necessary work Laurence sent across the reports within hours, all neatly typed up. We have worked with Laurence on several occasions before and will continue to do so as he is an absolute pleasure…
