Boiler was replaced about 12 months ago by Craig and Lee. The installation itself was done fairly neatly, but overall the experience wasn’t as smooth as expected. Some parts of the operation and warranty details weren’t fully clear at the time, which led to a bit of confusion later on. The 12-month service was completed, but communication could have been better. Not a terrible experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Very organised business and customer focused. Contacted Craig who gave me a date and time to undertake a service and repair arrived on time and completed work to a good standard and reasonable cost. This is how to run a business and be customer focused if you want to survive in business. Would highly recommend Craig.

After trying to get my boiler serviced,and bathroom fittings replaced for 5 months, I found a Craig online. Gave me a date and came on time. Came a second time to finish, and each time kept me informed of arrival times. Service was excellent, quotes for both jobs most acceptable. Very thorough and efficient. He’s now in my phone book for good!

I am very happy with the work carried out. The plumber replaced our induction hob with gas hob and also repaired central heating boiler, which was losing pressure. The pressure issue has been fully rectified and every thing is working perfectly, just like new. He was professional, knowledgeable and completed the work to very high standard. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber.

Excellent experience of using Craig and Illustrious Plumbing. I was able to upload photos of the issue and was promptly sent a quotation. Once we booked the appointment, the communication was great and we were reminded and kept informed of an approximate time of arrival.
