Visited their new clinic in Katong Square, I had flu. They spent a long time "checking me in" getting me to fill out paperwork and then for some reason insisting on weighing me, checking my height and blood pressure..... It was high.. unsurprising as a) I was sick and b) had been there for a long time with no sight or timeframe for a doctor... They take you credit card and insurance details... I saw a doctor for about 5 minutes who told me I had flu... He was Ok no real complaints, get some drugs issued as usual metering out a few pills with standard instructions. About 3 weeks later I get the bill through the post telling me the session itself was 125 dollars and the total bill was 145!!! My insurance covered most of it but even still it seemed like a lot of money for not a lot. Raffles medical centre in Katong 112 next door is far more efficient and bills you a far more reasonable amount on the spot... Also with little waiting.
