About Integrity Foods
Our families have been rooted in the Riverton area since the 1950s, where they helped establish livestock and cereal grain farms. When Cornelius was 26, he launched his own farm alongside his family’s. As a young man, Cornelius earned the nickname “health nut” in the village. It all started when his parents bought a juicer to help with his father’s ulcer. That juicer and its accompanying book quickly became his health guide. Using a coffee grinder from the local Coop store, he began grinding grains to bake wholesome bread for the family. Later on, he discovered Prevention magazine and, passionate about health, he even subscribed many people to it to share the knowledge.
