Really positive experience overall. Docking one star only because the follow-up communication after the procedure could be more proactive.

I contacted the clinic multiple times and received very generic responses. My optometrist later told me the symptoms were likely temporary inflammation but advised me to avoid any further sessions. I'm not saying this happens to everyone, but prospective patients should be fully aware of the risks and ensure they have proper pre- and post-procedure care in place before going ahead.
