About Langmaids Island
As the new owners of Langmaid’s Island, we hosted an open house in Baysville on December 2nd to connect with local residents and cottagers and share our plans for the island. We were pleased to see a great turnout, with 89 people attending the presentation. At the event, we displayed information boards to help everyone visualize our proposal to subdivide the island. If you missed it, the full presentation is available in our news section. The open house was a chance to provide updated information in a relaxed setting, where attendees could ask questions and get answers directly from our project team. We also highlighted additional work we've done in response to feedback received from earlier meetings and letters submitted to the District, Township, and Town.
