Chef and owner Emile Jung set a high standard for quality and service—one that Michel aimed to match for both himself and the people of Vancouver. His goal was to open a restaurant that lived up to the same exceptional culinary standards and hospitality found at Au Crocodile. Now, more than twenty years later, it’s clear that Michel has not only met but exceeded those expectations. Vancouverites are grateful he followed his passion and made that dream a reality.
