Lemonade Gluten Free was founded by Tracy Kadonoff, a talented pastry chef with an impressive background. Tracy’s passion for baking took her from studying at Vancouver’s Baking and Pastry Arts program to honing her skills in Paris at the renowned Ecole Lenotre, and later at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley—she really knows how to choose the best places to learn. Before starting Lemonade, she spent sixteen successful years creating award-winning pastries at one of Vancouver’s top pastry shops.
