Lotus Dining was founded in 2012 by Michael Jiang, who wanted to bring the flavors and memories of his childhood to life through food. Driven by his passion, he found a spot on Hickson Road in Walsh Bay and poured his heart into designing a space that felt like both a dream and a tribute to his past. When the restaurant was finally ready, Michael took a moment to soak it all in—but soon realized there was still something important missing.
