About Mad Pizza e Bar
We’re completely, utterly obsessed with pizza—there’s really no other way to put it! After visiting Italy countless times, we were inspired to bring authentic Italian pizza to Australia. So, we signed a lease and went all in, importing two containers full of everything needed to make pizza here just as delicious as it is in Italy. We even brought over 50 barrels of water straight from a tap in Rome, just to make sure that nothing stands between us and that true Italian taste.
