About Mahashakti Seva Kendra
Mahashakti Seva Kendra, founded in 1992 in Bhopal, is a government-recognized all-women volunteer organization. We support and empower more than 500 women from gas-affected and underprivileged communities by helping them practice traditional crafts like hand block printing, Kalamkari, tailoring, embroidery, and Zardosi. Our work focuses on using eco-friendly, chemical-free natural dyes inspired by India’s rich heritage, preserving these beautiful textile arts while providing women with sustainable ways to earn a living.
