Millets of Mewar, Rajasthan’s first health-focused restaurant, opened its doors in November 2011 and quickly gained a loyal and enthusiastic following. It was founded by a group of friends—Surendra (Sunny) Gandharva, Manoj (Manu) Prajapat, Anoop Singh Poonia, and Nirmal Prajapat—who share a passion for using food to promote good health, meaningful conversations, and environmental awareness. Just four months after opening, Millets of Mewar was proudly ranked the #1 restaurant in Udaipur on TripAdvisor.
