M & S Textiles Australia was founded in 1990 in Melbourne by Sham and Momo Lohani, driven by a passion to showcase and empower Australian Aboriginal designs through custom, on-demand textiles. We specialize in Aboriginal fabrics and quilting materials, offering 100% cotton fabrics made from natural, eco-friendly fibers featuring authentic Aboriginal and Australian designs. Each design carries its own story and historical significance, reflecting the rich cultural heritage behind it. Over the past nine years, M & S Textiles has established itself as a leader in providing genuine Australian Aboriginal designs across the country. All of our artwork is created by Aboriginal artists inspired by Dreamtime stories, using colors found naturally in the environment. This thoughtful approach helps our fabrics blend beautifully with other textiles. In addition to our 100% cotton fabrics, we also produce and supply a range of battings in various compositions, including: - 100% Cotton - 80/20 Cotton-Polyester - 80/20 Cotton-Polyester Fusible - 100% Super-Washed Wool - 50% Wool / 50% Polyester - 100% Polyester We’re proud to also distribute Hobbs Bonded Fibre Battings imported from the United States, offering quality materials for all your quilting needs.
