I contacted New England Floor Sanding for an estimate on refinishing hardwood floors in two rooms. When I asked if someone could come measure since I wasn't sure of the square footage, the response felt dismissive and unwelcoming. While they did apologize for how it came across, the interaction left me hesitant to move forward. Better customer communication from the start would go a long way for potential new clients.
