About Niem India

NIEM is Asia’s first and leading Event Management Institute, created to meet the growing demands of India’s vast and diverse event industry. With some of the biggest stages and television shows in the world, India’s event scene is booming, thanks in part to the rise of large, sophisticated companies hosting a wide range of events. However, research revealed a major gap: there was no formal education available to train professionals in event management. Many companies were spending valuable time training new hires, only to see them take their skills elsewhere. Executives often lacked the expertise needed to successfully manage events, highlighting the need for structured, professional training. Recognizing this, Dr. Hoshi Bhiwandiwalla and his team dedicated three years of extensive research to develop a comprehensive Event Management course, laying the foundation for NIEM.

I also gained seniors who are like brothers and sisters to me, very supportive faculty, and the invaluable Priyesh Sir, who supported me through every up and down.
