OF1 Plumbing & Heating Services

About OF1 Plumbing & Heating Services

OF1 Plumbing & Heating Services delivers professional gas, heating, and plumbing solutions across Essex, from Southend to Colchester. Founded by Harry Fairs, our Gas Safe registered and City & Guilds qualified engineers handle everything from boiler installations and central heating systems to air source heat pump installations, with government grants of up to £7,500 available and MCS certification backing every heat pump project. We also specialise in vented and unvented cylinder systems, including Megaflo installations, and provide G3 qualified expertise for hot water systems of every type. For businesses, we offer commercial compliance services including gas safety certificates, risk assessments, and legionella control for schools, care homes, and commercial properties. We answer our own phones - call and you'll speak to Harry, not a call centre. We turn up when we say we will, offer free quotes with no hidden fees, and guarantee all our work. Our engineers explain everything in plain English, with 24/7 emergency callouts and same-day repairs available throughout Essex. Response times average around 60 minutes in central Essex and 90 minutes further out. With over 500 jobs completed, a 5.0 Google rating, and 98% of customers recommending us, we're building a plumbing and heating business rooted in honest work and old-school values.
