About Ozery Bakery
Since 1996, the Ozery family has been creating tasty alternatives to traditional bread, using wholesome whole grains, fruits, and seeds. Our goal has always been to help you eat well and feel your best. You might know us as Pita Break. We started as a small, family-owned bakery inside our sandwich shop in downtown Toronto. As demand grew, by 1998 we began selling our flatbreads to specialty and health food stores around the city. Soon after, we opened a small commercial bakery to keep up with requests from customers across Ontario, Quebec, and eventually the United States.
