About PARAGAS LTD
PARAGAS Ltd is a family-run gas, heating and plumbing business covering Folkestone, Hythe, Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, Deal, Maidstone, Faversham, Romney Marsh, Dymchurch and the wider Kent coast. We are Gas Safe registered for both natural gas and LPG, and Refcom F-Gas qualified for air conditioning work. Our services include boiler installation, servicing and repairs, landlord gas safety certificates, gas work and appliance safety checks, plumbing and full bathroom installations, and air conditioning installation and servicing. We are genuine LPG specialists, trusted by park home and static caravan owners along the Kent and Sussex coast for testing, repairs and certification. We offer 24/7 emergency call-outs, seven days a week, for breakdowns, leaks and loss of heating or hot water. Founded by John Lucas after a 22-year career as a British Army paratrooper, PARAGAS brings military discipline, punctuality and pride in a job done properly to every call-out. You deal directly with John and his team, never a call centre or anonymous subcontractor. His son Jack has completed his apprenticeship and is now Gas Safe qualified, with brother Max joining the business too, keeping the same trusted faces on the job for years to come. Our values are integrity, loyalty and honesty: we turn up when we say we will, explain everything in plain English, and never sell unnecessary work. We provide free, no-obligation quotes for boilers, bathrooms, air conditioning and larger jobs, and no job is finished until you are completely satisfied. Call 07860 356679 or message us on WhatsApp.
