About PHD Rooftop Lounge
Our downtown rooftop lounge feels like the ultimate penthouse retreat, blending timeless luxury with stunning details like Italian Portoro marble, rich Macassar ebony, nickel-finished walls, and warm amber Venini glass chandeliers. You’ll enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline, including clear sights of the Hudson River and the Empire State Building. Relax in our custom Italian leather banquettes paired with marble tables or unwind in cozy outdoor seating niches on the terrace. Our Sunset Menu features delicious small plates crafted by Chef Mike Armstrong, designed to pair perfectly with our signature cocktails—making it an ideal spot for any special occasion. We also offer two full-service bars, a fully-equipped DJ booth, state-of-the-art lighting and audio systems, high-speed internet, multimedia capabilities, and a retractable canopy over the outdoor terrace to keep things comfortable no matter the weather.
