In 1992, Dr. Pittman fulfilled a lifelong dream by returning to Athens to open his own private practice. Always dedicated to providing excellent care, he went on to establish Pittman Plastic Surgery, P.C. in 2001. This gave the community access to the largest, state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center in the area, fully accredited by AAAHC and focused exclusively on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Patients often describe Dr. Pittman as artistic, warm, compassionate, and a true perfectionist. He’s committed to delivering the best surgical outcomes while ensuring his patients feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Pittman is board-certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of both The American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Georgia Society of Plastic Surgeons.
