About Real Estate Licensing Division
The Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing is a branch of the Ohio Department of Commerce. It handles the licensing of real estate brokers, salespeople, appraisers, as well as foreign real estate dealers and salespeople working in Ohio. The division also manages the registration of cemeteries within the state and oversees the registration of out-of-state real estate developments that are marketed to Ohio residents.
