Hubert is a cozy French restaurant right in the heart of downtown Sydney. We’re open for lunch Monday to Friday, and for dinner — all the way through to late-night supper — from Monday to Saturday. At Hubert, we think a great dining experience isn’t just about amazing food and wine, but also the atmosphere, good conversation, and plenty of laughter. The space feels warm and inviting, with soft lighting and plenty of Champagne flowing. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we enjoy having you.
