Building on those Mexi-Edmonton roots, they’ve now introduced Rostizado—a 70-seat restaurant and bar that blends traditional Mexican rosticceria cooking with a fresh, modern twist. At Rostizado, you’ll find relaxed, modern Mexican dishes meant to be shared family-style.
