About Safari Club
Elliot Dube, a talented Head Chef from Johannesburg, and his wife Justine, who serves as Director, began their journey together in 2004 with their first restaurant, Café Africa Seafood & Grill. Starting out in a hotel kitchen, they quickly made a name for themselves—winning the local business award for Best Restaurant within just nine months. Their hard work paid off again in 2007 when they were voted the second-best steakhouse in Australia by the Lifestyle Food Channel’s I LOVE FOOD awards.
