We recently got our office furniture from SAGTCO and overall we had a really good experience. We’re based in Dubai and were looking for workstations, office chairs, a meeting table and some storage for our new office. We checked a few different office furniture companies before going with SAGTCO. What I liked was that the team didn’t rush us into making a decision. We had quite a few changes along the way, especially with the layout and finishes, and they were helpful throughout the process. Communication was also pretty straightforward, which made things easier. The furniture itself turned out really nice. The workstations feel sturdy, the finish looks good and the office chairs are comfortable. The meeting table was also made according to the size we needed, which worked out well because our meeting room isn’t a standard size. Delivery and installation were handled properly too. There were a couple of small things that needed adjusting after installation, but we called them and they came back and sorted it out. We were mainly looking for good quality office furniture in Dubai at a reasonable price, and I think SAGTCO gave us a good balance of both. I wouldn’t say everything went 100% perfectly because no project ever does, but what matters is that whenever there was an issue, they actually responded and fixed it. Overall, we’re happy with how the office turned out. The furniture looks professional without making the place feel too corporate. I’d definitely consider SAGTCO again if we expand or do another office.
