About Sarti
Back in 1992, brothers Sandro and Piero Sarti teamed up with their good friend Gerry O'Donnell to open the very first Fratelli Sarti and alimentari on Wellington Street in Glasgow. From the moment they opened, the restaurant quickly became the city's hotspot and set the standard for many great restaurants that followed.
