About Stars 'N' Bars
STARS’N’BARS was founded 24 years ago by Kate Powers and Didier Rubiolo, who noticed a gap in Monaco’s dining scene. While the city is famous for its casinos, Formula 1 races, and luxury yachts, they saw that many families—working moms and dads with kids—were looking for a welcoming, family-friendly restaurant that offered good food at reasonable prices. What started as an old, abandoned warehouse in 1993 has since transformed into a vibrant three-story entertainment complex right on Monaco’s port. Today, STARS’N’BARS offers full-service dining and catering, all with stunning views of the harbor and city skyline, plus convenient access and parking.
