Recently, I upgraded my central heating system by replacing 3 old radiators, one of which was difficult to adjust to my needs in the winter. Chris did a terrific job and I'm glad I've had the work done. Chris is a hard, dedicated worker. Chris was able to come out the same day to fix my broken heating. He quickly identified the problem and was able to fix straight away with a part he had in stock.

We received useful reminders re the appointment for the boiler to be serviced and notified when Chris was on his way. Chris was very friendly and polite. He did a thorough job and left the area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this company.

I would recommend Tenacity Heating. The response, communication and customer service was brilliant. Where as other companies did not reply. Chris at Tenacity Heating went above and beyond. He called when he said he would, and turned up, he explained everything that needed to be done and why. My Heating system has been flushed and is working properly, he even cleaned up after the job was finished. He was polite and courteous throughout. Thank you

Chris came highly recommended through a friend and he didn’t disappoint. Having been let down by a couple of engineers already, it was a relief when Chris responded to my request straight away and booked me in for a repair within the next few days. Chris arrived on time and fixed my boiler issue without any hiccups. He was polite, professional and charged me a fair price for the work.
