About The Hayes Law Firm
Dale is a proud second-generation Las Vegan, and his son Tripp represents the third generation. Dale graduated from Durango High School and earned a golf and athletic scholarship to Point Loma Nazarene College, where he played as a true freshman in several collegiate tournaments. In 2001, he graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor in 2004 from the William S. Boyd School of Law, graduating in the top third of his class. During law school, Dale worked as a student attorney at the Thomas & Mack Legal Clinic, where he defended juveniles facing a range of charges, from drug possession to grand theft. Before founding The Hayes Law Firm, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stewart L. Bell and spent more than five years practicing at one of Nevada’s top civil law firms. There, Dale specialized in real estate litigation, contract disputes, and personal injury cases, gaining experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides.
