About The Hummingbird Bakery
The Hummingbird Bakery started in 2004 with a simple goal: to bring the genuine flavors of American home baking to London. Their first shop opened on Portobello Road in Notting Hill, and since then, they’ve opened six more locations across the city, including spots in South Kensington, Soho, Spitalfields, Islington, and Richmond. They’ve also expanded internationally, with two thriving branches in Dubai and plans to open more in the Middle East.
