About The Music Store
The Music Store has been a fixture in its current location for more than 30 years. Originally known as Garber Music, the store was bought in 1993 by Jon Paul Escobedo and Merri Lewter, who renamed it The Music Store. When it first opened as Garber Music, it was a modest 2,000-square-foot space that included three teaching studios and offered a small selection of books, instruments, and accessories.
