The Summit Restaurant, Cafe & Function Centre offers breathtaking panoramic views of Adelaide and is proudly owned and operated by hospitality veteran Tony O’Donnell and his wife Mary. Since taking over the business in November 2011, Tony and Mary have thrown themselves into making it a success. Tony brings a wealth of experience, having spent 14 years leading the catering team at Adelaide Oval before moving to Sydney in 2010 to oversee food and beverage operations for the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, where he notably managed catering for the Royal Easter Show.
