About The Test Kitchen
The Test Kitchen opened its doors in November 2010, offering a unique contemporary setting where celebrated chef Luke showcases his most creative dishes. Born in Britain, Luke trained in Switzerland and England before spending five years in Asia, where he launched several restaurants across Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, and the Philippines. “My time in Europe taught me to cook; my time in Asia broadened my horizons,” he says.
