He was about to begin a new chapter in his life, stepping into the business world with ambition, determination, hard work, and enthusiasm. He founded a company called “Dudawat & Co” and, under this name, opened a restaurant named “Toran Dining Hall” on November 4th, 1991. Since then, he has successfully run the restaurant, serving authentic Gujarati cuisine—especially the world-famous “Gujarati Thali.”
